dubly.me በ Sisum OÜ የሚተዳደር ሲሆን፣ በአውሮፓ ህብረት ውስጥ የተመዘገበ የኢስቶኒያ ኩባንያ ነው። እነዚህ ውሎች የ dubly.me የአሳሽ ቅጥያ (Chrome, Firefox) እና ተዛማጅ አገልግሎቶችን አጠቃቀምዎን ይቆጣጠራሉ።

Acceptance

—By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

—dubly.me ቪዲዮዎችን በእውነተኛ ጊዜ በ AI የሚደብ የአሳሽ ቅጥያ (Chrome, Firefox) ነው፡ በ YouTube ላይ ከነፃ እቅድ ጋር፣ እና በ YouTube, Netflix እና ሌሎች መድረኮች ላይ ከ Basic እቅድ ጋር። አገልግሎቱ 'እንዳለ' የሚቀርብ ሲሆን ምንም ዓይነት ዋስትና የለውም።
—We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.

—ነፃው እቅድ በ YouTube ላይ ይሰራል እና በቀን 30 ደቂቃ ደቢንግ ያካትታል፤ ትርጉሙም በ YouTube የራሱ ራስ-ሰር ትርጉም ይከናወናል። ይህ ገደብ በየቀኑ በ 00:00 UTC ዳግም ይጀመራል።
—የዕለቱ ገደብ ሲደረስ ደቢንግ በራስ-ሰር ይቆማል። በቀን እስከ 9 ሰዓት ደቢንግ፣ ሁሉንም መድረኮች እና የ AI ትርጉም ለማግኘት ወደ Basic ያሻሽሉ።

—Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
—The Basic plan includes up to 9 hours of dubbing per day and the choice of voice. The 9-hour daily limit is a fair-use limit that exists only to prevent abuse. Both plans use the same voice engine, so there is no difference in voice quality between them.
—You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
—You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

—You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
—You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
—We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

—Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
—The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.

—Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

—These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.

—We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
