Terms of Service
dubly.me એ Sisum OÜ દ્વારા સંચાલિત છે, જે EU માં નોંધાયેલી એસ્ટોનિયન કંપની છે. આ શરતો dubly.me બ્રાઉઝર એક્સ્ટેન્શન (Chrome, Firefox) અને સંબંધિત સેવાઓના તમારા ઉપયોગને નિયંત્રિત કરે છે.
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —dubly.me એ બ્રાઉઝર એક્સ્ટેન્શન (Chrome, Firefox) છે જે વિડિયોને AI સાથે રીઅલ ટાઇમમાં ડબ કરે છે: મફત પ્લાન સાથે YouTube પર, અને Basic પ્લાન સાથે YouTube, Netflix અને અન્ય પ્લેટફોર્મ પર. સેવા 'as is' પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવે છે, કોઈપણ પ્રકારની વોરંટી વગર.
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —મફત પ્લાન YouTube પર કામ કરે છે અને તેમાં દરરોજ 30 મિનિટનું ડબિંગ શામેલ છે, જેનો અનુવાદ YouTube ના પોતાના ઓટોમેટિક અનુવાદથી થાય છે. આ મર્યાદા દરરોજ 00:00 UTC પર રીસેટ થાય છે.
- —દૈનિક મર્યાદા પૂરી થાય ત્યારે ડબિંગ આપમેળે અટકી જાય છે. દિવસમાં 9 કલાક સુધીના ડબિંગ, બધા પ્લેટફોર્મ અને AI અનુવાદ માટે Basic પર અપગ્રેડ કરો.
Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
- —The Basic plan includes up to 9 hours of dubbing per day and the choice of voice. The 9-hour daily limit is a fair-use limit that exists only to prevent abuse. Both plans use the same voice engine, so there is no difference in voice quality between them.
- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
