dubly.me कें Sisum OÜ द्वारा संचालित कएल जाइत अछि, जे EU मे पंजीकृत एस्टोनियाई कंपनी अछि। ई शर्त सभ dubly.me ब्राउज़र एक्सटेंशन (Chrome, Firefox) आर संबंधित सेवाक अहाँक उपयोग कें नियंत्रित करैत अछि।
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —dubly.me एकटा ब्राउज़र एक्सटेंशन (Chrome, Firefox) अछि जे वीडियो कें AI सँ रियल टाइम मे डब करैत अछि: मुफ्त प्लान सँ YouTube पर, आर Basic प्लान सँ YouTube, Netflix आर आन प्लेटफॉर्म पर। सेवा 'जेना अछि' तेना प्रदान कएल जाइत अछि, कोनो प्रकारक वारंटीक बिना।
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —मुफ्त प्लान YouTube पर काज करैत अछि आर एहि मे प्रतिदिन 30 मिनट डबिंग सम्मिलित अछि, जे YouTube क अपन स्वचालित अनुवाद सँ अनुवाद कएल जाइत अछि। ई सीमा हर दिन 00:00 UTC पर रीसेट होइत अछि।
- —दैनिक सीमा पूरा भेला पर डबिंग स्वतः रुकि जाइत अछि। दिन मे 9 घंटा धरि डबिंग, सभ प्लेटफॉर्म आर AI अनुवादक लेल Basic पर अपग्रेड करू।
Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
- —The Basic plan includes up to 9 hours of dubbing per day and the choice of voice. The 9-hour daily limit is a fair-use limit that exists only to prevent abuse. Both plans use the same voice engine, so there is no difference in voice quality between them.
- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
