Terms of Service
dubly.me is operated by Sisum OÜ, an Estonian company registered in the EU. These terms govern your use of the dubly.me browser extension (Chrome, Firefox) and related services.
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —Ang dubly.me usa ka browser extension (Chrome, Firefox) nga nag-dub sa mga video sa tinuod nga oras gamit ang AI: sa YouTube uban sa Libre nga plano, ug sa YouTube, Netflix ug ubang plataporma uban sa Basic nga plano. Ang serbisyo gihatag 'as is' nga walay bisan unsang matang sa warranty.
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —Ang Libre nga plano mogana sa YouTube ug naglakip og 30 ka minuto nga dubbing kada adlaw, gihubad gamit ang kaugalingong auto-translate sa YouTube. Kini nga limitasyon ma-reset kada adlaw sa 00:00 UTC.
- —Awtomatikong mohunong ang dubbing kung maabot na ang adlaw-adlaw nga limitasyon. Mag-upgrade sa Basic para sa hangtod sa 9 ka oras nga dubbing sa usa ka adlaw, tanang plataporma ug AI nga paghubad.
Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
- —The Basic plan includes hangtod sa 9 ka oras nga dubbing sa usa ka adlaw and the choice of voice. The 9-hour daily limit is a fair-use limit that exists only to prevent abuse. Both plans use the same voice engine, so there is no difference in voice quality between them.
- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
