  • —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service

  • —dubly.me ಒಂದು ಬ್ರೌಸರ್ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ (Chrome, Firefox) ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು AI ಬಳಸಿ ನೈಜ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಬ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ: ಉಚಿತ ಪ್ಲಾನ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ YouTube ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಮತ್ತು Basic ಪ್ಲಾನ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ YouTube, Netflix ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ. ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು 'ಇರುವಂತೆ' ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಖಾತರಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Paid Plans & Refunds

  • —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
  • —Basic ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ 9 ಗಂಟೆಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಡಬ್ಬಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಧ್ವನಿಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. 9 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಮಿತಿಯು ದುರುಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರುವ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಮಿತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಎರಡೂ ಪ್ಲಾನ್‌ಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎಂಜಿನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತವೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಧ್ವನಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಿಲ್ಲ.
  • —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
  • —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Acceptable Use

  • —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
  • —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
  • —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

  • —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
  • —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

  • —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

  • —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.

Changes to Terms

  • —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
