dubly.me د Sisum OÜ لخوا چلول کیږي، یوه استونیايي شرکت چې په اروپایي ټولنه کې ثبت شوی. دا شرایط ستاسو د dubly.me براوزر توسیع (Chrome، Firefox) او اړوندو خدماتو کارول تنظیموي.

Acceptance

  • —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service

  • —dubly.me یوه براوزر توسیع (Chrome، Firefox) ده چې ویډیوګانې په ریښتیني وخت کې د AI سره ډب کوي: په YouTube کې د وړیا پلان سره، او په YouTube، Netflix او نورو پلیټ فارمونو کې د Basic پلان سره. خدمت 'لکه څنګه چې دی' وړاندې کیږي پرته له هر ډول تضمین.
  • —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.

Free Plan

  • —وړیا پلان په YouTube کې کار کوي او په ورځ کې 30 دقیقې ډبنګ لري، چې د YouTube د خپلې اتوماتیک ژباړې سره ژباړل کیږي. دا حد هره ورځ په 00:00 UTC بیا تنظیمیږي.
  • —ډبنګ په اتوماتيک ډول درېږي کله چې د ورځې حد ته ورسیږي. د Basic ته لوړ کړئ تر څو تر 9 ساعتونو پورې ډبنګ په ورځ، ټول پلیټ فارمونه او د AI ژباړه ترلاسه کړئ.

Paid Plans & Refunds

  • —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
  • —د Basic پلان تر 9 ساعتونو پورې ډبنګ په ورځ او د غږ انتخاب شاملوي. د 9 ساعتونو ورځنی حد د منصفانه کارونې حد دی چې یوازې د ناوړه ګټې اخیستنې مخنیوي لپاره شتون لري. دواړه پلانونه ورته د غږ انجن کاروي، نو د دوی ترمنځ د غږ کیفیت کې هیڅ توپیر نشته.
  • —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
  • —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Acceptable Use

  • —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
  • —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
  • —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

  • —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
  • —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

  • —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

  • —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.

Changes to Terms

  • —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
