Terms of Service

Ang dubly.me ay pinapatakbo ng Sisum OÜ, isang Estonian na kumpanya na nakarehistro sa EU. Ang mga tuntuning ito ay namamahala sa iyong paggamit ng dubly.me browser extension (Chrome, Firefox) at mga kaugnay na serbisyo.

Acceptance

  • —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service

  • —Ang dubly.me ay isang browser extension (Chrome, Firefox) na nagdu-dub ng mga video sa real time gamit ang AI: sa YouTube gamit ang Free plan, at sa YouTube, Netflix at iba pang platform gamit ang Basic plan. Ang serbisyo ay ibinibigay 'as is' nang walang anumang uri ng warranty.
  • —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.

Free Plan

  • —Ang Free plan ay gumagana sa YouTube at may kasamang 30 minuto ng dubbing bawat araw, isinasalin gamit ang sariling auto-translate ng YouTube. Nire-reset ang limitasyong ito araw-araw tuwing 00:00 UTC.
  • —Awtomatikong humihinto ang dubbing kapag naabot ang pang-araw-araw na limitasyon. Mag-upgrade sa Basic para sa hanggang 9 na oras ng dubbing sa isang araw, lahat ng platform at AI translation.

Paid Plans & Refunds

  • —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
  • —The Basic plan includes up to 9 hours of dubbing per day and the choice of voice. The 9-hour daily limit is a fair-use limit that exists only to prevent abuse. Both plans use the same voice engine, so there is no difference in voice quality between them.
  • —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
  • —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Acceptable Use

  • —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
  • —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
  • —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

  • —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
  • —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

  • —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

  • —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.

Changes to Terms

  • —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
