Terms of Service
dubly.me 由 Sisum OÜ 營運，這是一家在歐盟註冊的愛沙尼亞公司。這些條款規範你對 dubly.me 瀏覽器擴充功能（Chrome、Firefox）及相關服務的使用。
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —dubly.me 是一款瀏覽器擴充功能（Chrome、Firefox），可透過 AI 即時為影片配音：免費方案適用於 YouTube，Basic 方案適用於 YouTube、Netflix 及其他平台。本服務以「現狀」提供，不附任何形式的保證。
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —免費方案適用於 YouTube，每天包含 30 分鐘配音，並以 YouTube 本身的自動翻譯進行翻譯。此限制於每天 00:00 UTC 重置。
- —達到每日上限時，配音會自動暫停。升級到 Basic 方案即可每天最多 9 小時配音，並使用所有平台與 AI 翻譯。
Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
- —Basic 方案包含每天最多 9 小時配音，以及可選擇語音。每天 9 小時的上限是合理使用上限，僅用於防止濫用。兩個方案使用相同的語音引擎，因此語音品質並無差異。
- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
