dubly.me ye operáu por Sisum OÜ, una empresa estonia rexistrada na XE. Estos términos rixen l'usu de la estensión del navegador dubly.me (Chrome, Firefox) y los servicios rellacionaos.
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —dubly.me ye una estensión del navegador (Chrome, Firefox) que dobla videos en tiempu real con IA: en YouTube col plan de baldre, y en YouTube, Netflix y otres plataformes col plan Basic. El serviciu ufrézse 'tal cual' ensin garantíes de nengún tipu.
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —El plan de baldre funciona en YouTube ya inclúi 30 minutos de doblaxe al día, traducíos cola traducción automática propia de YouTube. Esta llende reaníciase tolos díes a les 00:00 UTC.
- —El doblaxe párase automáticamente cuando s'algama la llende diaria. Pásate a Basic pa tener hasta 9 hores de doblaxe al día, toles plataformes y traducción con IA.
Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
- —El plan Basic inclúi hasta 9 hores de doblaxe al día y la escoyeta de voz. La llende diaria de 9 hores ye una llende d'usu xustu que solo esiste pa evitar abusos. Dambos planes usen el mesmu motor de voz, asina que nun hai diferencia na calidá de voz ente ellos.
- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
