Mae dubly.me yn cael ei weithredu gan Sisum OÜ, cwmni Estonaidd sydd wedi'i gofrestru yn yr EU. Mae'r telerau hyn yn llywodraethu eich defnydd o estyniad porwr dubly.me (Chrome, Firefox) a gwasanaethau cysylltiedig.

Acceptance

  • —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service

  • —Mae dubly.me yn estyniad porwr (Chrome, Firefox) sy'n trosleisio fideos mewn amser real gydag AI: ar YouTube gyda'r cynllun am ddim, ac ar YouTube, Netflix a phlatfformau eraill gyda'r cynllun Basic. Mae'r gwasanaeth yn cael ei ddarparu 'fel y mae' heb unrhyw warantau o unrhyw fath.
  • —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.

Free Plan

  • —Mae'r cynllun Am ddim yn gweithio ar YouTube ac yn cynnwys 30 munud o drosleisio y dydd, wedi'u cyfieithu gyda chyfieithu awtomatig YouTube ei hun. Mae'r terfyn hwn yn ailosod bob dydd am 00:00 UTC.
  • —Mae trosleisio yn oedi'n awtomatig pan gyrhaeddir y terfyn dyddiol. Uwchraddia i Basic am hyd at 9 awr o drosleisio y dydd, pob platfform a chyfieithu AI.

Paid Plans & Refunds

  • —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
  • —Mae'r cynllun Basic yn cynnwys hyd at 9 awr o drosleisio y dydd a'r dewis o lais. Mae'r terfyn dyddiol o 9 awr yn derfyn defnydd teg sy'n bodoli dim ond i atal camddefnydd. Mae'r ddau gynllun yn defnyddio'r un peiriant llais, felly nid oes gwahaniaeth yn ansawdd y llais rhyngddynt.
  • —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
  • —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Acceptable Use

  • —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
  • —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
  • —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

  • —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
  • —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

  • —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

  • —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.

Changes to Terms

  • —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
