How it works
Three steps on Rumble
- 1
Open a video with captions
Go to the video's page on rumble.com. The video needs captions (CC).
- 2
Choose your language and mode
In the dubly.me popup, pick the language you want to hear and Dubbed voice, Subtitles or Both.
- 3
Press Dub
dubly.me turns on Rumble's captions itself and reads each line in your language. If it cannot, it asks you to turn on CC and press Dub again.

What Rumble dubbing needs
The video needs captions (CC) on Rumble. Without them, speech recognition on the Basic plan can supply the words if the video file is directly accessible.

- Captions on

Questions
Rumble questions
Why does dubly.me ask me to turn on captions?
dubly.me translates Rumble's captions. It tries to turn them on itself. If it cannot, turn on CC in the Rumble player and press Dub again.
Can I get only translated subtitles, without a voice?
Yes. Choose Subtitles in the popup. dubly.me shows the translated line on the video and does not speak. It uses the same daily minutes as dubbing.
Is dubly.me free on Rumble?
No. On Rumble, dubly.me works with the Basic plan (€5 a month, up to 9 hours of dubbing a day). The free plan covers YouTube.
What if a Rumble video has no captions?
Without captions there is nothing to translate, unless the video file is directly accessible: then the Basic plan’s speech recognition can turn the speech into text.
