Terms of Service

dubly.me is operated by Sisum OÜ, an Estonian company registered in the EU. These terms govern your use of the dubly.me Chrome extension and related services.

Acceptance

  • —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service

  • —dubly.me is a Chrome extension for real-time AI dubbing of online video content. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
  • —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.

Free Plan

  • —The Free plan includes 10 videos per month. This limit resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
  • —Dubbing pauses automatically when the monthly limit is reached. Upgrade to Basic for unlimited videos.

Paid Plans & Refunds

  • —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically each month on the billing date.
  • —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued.
  • —New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, provided the service has not been used to dub more than 10 videos. To request a refund, contact hello@dubly.me.

Acceptable Use

  • —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
  • —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
  • —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

  • —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
  • —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

  • —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

  • —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.

Changes to Terms

  • —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
