dubly.me Sisum OÜ-k kudeatzen du, EEn erregistratutako Estoniako enpresa bat. Termino hauek dubly.me nabigatzaile-hedapenaren (Chrome, Firefox) eta erlazionatutako zerbitzuen erabilera arautzen dute.
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —dubly.me nabigatzaile-hedapena da (Chrome, Firefox), bideoak denbora errealean AIarekin bikoizten dituena: YouTube-n doako planarekin, eta YouTube, Netflix eta beste plataformetan Basic planarekin. Zerbitzua 'den bezala' ematen da, inolako bermerik gabe.
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —Doako planak YouTube-n funtzionatzen du eta egunean 30 minutu bikoizketa barne hartzen ditu, YouTube-ren beraren itzulpen automatikoarekin itzulita. Muga hau egunero berrezartzen da 00:00 UTC orduan.

Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
- —Basic planak egunean 9 ordu bikoizketa eta ahotsaren aukera barne hartzen ditu. Egunean 9 orduko muga erabilera justuaren muga bat da, abusua saihesteko soilik dagoena. Bi planek ahots motor bera erabiltzen dute, beraz ez dago alderik haien arteko ahots kalitatean.
- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
