dubly.me estas funkciigata de Sisum OÜ, estona kompanio registrita en EU. Ĉi tiuj kondiĉoj regas vian uzon de la retumila etendaĵo dubly.me (Chrome, Firefox) kaj rilataj servoj.
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —dubly.me estas retumila etendaĵo (Chrome, Firefox), kiu dublas videojn en reala tempo per AI: sur YouTube kun la Senpaga plano, kaj sur YouTube, Netflix kaj aliaj platformoj kun la Basic-plano. La servo estas provizata 'tia, kia ĝi estas' sen garantioj de iu ajn speco.
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —La Senpaga plano funkcias sur YouTube kaj inkluzivas 30 minutojn da dublado tage, tradukitajn per la propra aŭtomata tradukado de YouTube. Ĉi tiu limo restariĝas ĉiutage je 00:00 UTC.
- —Dublado paŭzas aŭtomate kiam la taga limo estas atingita. Ĝisdatigu al Basic por ĝis 9 horoj da dublado tage, ĉiuj platformoj kaj AI-tradukado.
Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.

- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
