dubly.me é operado por Sisum OÜ, unha empresa estoniana rexistrada na UE. Estes termos rexen o teu uso da extensión do navegador dubly.me (Chrome, Firefox) e dos servizos relacionados.
Acceptance
- —By using dubly.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
- —dubly.me é unha extensión do navegador (Chrome, Firefox) que dobra vídeos en tempo real con IA: en YouTube co plan Gratis, e en YouTube, Netflix e outras plataformas co plan Basic. O servizo proporciónase 'tal cal', sen garantías de ningún tipo.
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email.
Free Plan
- —O plan Gratis funciona en YouTube e inclúe 30 minutos de dobraxe ao día, traducidos coa propia tradución automática de YouTube. Este límite restablécese todos os días ás 00:00 UTC.
- —A dobraxe pausa automaticamente cando se acada o límite diario. Pásate a Basic para ter ata 9 horas de dobraxe ao día, todas as plataformas e tradución con IA.
Paid Plans & Refunds
- —Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Your Basic plan renews automatically every month on the billing date.
- —O plan Basic inclúe ata 9 horas de dobraxe ao día e a elección de voz. O límite diario de 9 horas é un límite de uso xusto que existe só para evitar abusos. Ambos os plans usan o mesmo motor de voz, polo que non hai diferenza na calidade de voz entre eles.
- —You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refunds are issued, except within the first 14 days as described below.
- —You may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — no questions asked, even if you have already used the service. Email hello@dubly.me to request it. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Acceptable Use
- —You may not use dubly.me to automate requests, resell access, or circumvent usage limits.
- —You may not use dubly.me for any harmful, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
- —Dubbed audio generated from your content is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the output.
- —The dubly.me name, logo, and software are the property of Sisum OÜ. All rights reserved.
Limitation of Liability
- —Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
Changes to Terms
- —We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
